Mayleah is the Head of Stewardship, where she leads Ethical Partners’ sustainability engagements with Australian companies alongside the investment team and Head of Sustainability. As part of Ethical Partners’ evolved stewardship standard, May also leads an active program of investor collaborations and wider advocacy with civil society groups, NGOs, shareholder activists, regulators, policymakers, legislators, media, and academics. Most recently May worked as the Australian policy specialist for the UN-supported Principles for Responsible Investment where she advocated on sustainable finance, climate, tax, and human rights policies.
May recently completed a Masters of Environment and Sustainability at Monash University and holds a Bachelor of Laws and Behavioural Science (Psychology). She is admitted as a solicitor in the NSW Supreme Court and High Court of Australia.
